We don't just build networks; we build the foundation for our partners' growth.
A licensed telecom carrier: we operate LATAM's communications, the AI platforms that run on top and the infrastructure beneath — and we build carriers from scratch.
The reach of a full-stack carrier
Gazeti Telecomm is a licensed telecom carrier with its own network, trunks and interconnection, and over 20 years of experience in the two hardest disciplines in the industry: the regulatory and the technical. On that base we operate carrier-grade communications, AI platforms and infrastructure across LATAM.
Our purpose is to be the foundation our partners grow on — from moving their SMS and voice traffic, to building them a licensed, interconnected carrier of their own.
Four fronts, one carrier
From connectivity and traffic, to the intelligence that runs on top — and the ability to build a complete carrier.

A carrier with the reach to build carriers
A carrier with its own concession
We operate our own network, trunks and interconnection under an IFT concession — capacity and routing we control end to end.
20+ years, regulatory & technical
Two of the most complex disciplines in telecom, mastered by the same team — the very reason we can even build carriers from scratch.
From network to intelligence
The same operator that moves your SMS and voice runs the Blaster and the AI agents on top.
Operator-grade support
An in-house 24/7 NOC and technical guidance from the people who actually run the network.
A licensed telecommunications carrier
We operate under a telecommunications license, with our own interconnection and a public regulatory and user-rights framework. Compliance is part of how we run the network — not an afterthought.

Technology changes overnight; telecommunications always advances alongside it — more processing capacity, more points of interconnection. At Gazeti we no longer just provide the capacity: we add artificial intelligence, custom-fit to every business, in any industry.
Diego F. Lastra is the Founder and CEO of Gazeti Telecomm. Across more than 23 years in technology and telecommunications, he has founded and led several licensed telecom carriers — a track record that directly underpins Gazeti's ability to build carriers from scratch. His experience runs from operating mission-critical data centers and designing near-zero-downtime network architectures, to metropolitan fiber-optic networks, carrier-grade communications, large-scale IT outsourcing and offshoring, and contact centers delivering both B2B and B2C services. In general-management and CTO roles, he has led IT, strategy, innovation and information security, aligning technology with business objectives. Educated at the University of Colorado Boulder and bilingual (Spanish and English), he pairs strategic vision with end-to-end operational execution, focused on building resilient infrastructure, modernizing enterprise communications and strengthening organizations' competitiveness across an increasingly connected Latin America. Under his direction, Gazeti operates as a licensed IFT carrier — communications, AI platforms and infrastructure — and builds licensed, interconnected, growth-ready operators, connecting people, companies and opportunities across borders.
